Return & Refund Policy

At Kedar Darshan, we strive to deliver products that meet your expectations in both quality and experience. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

🔄 Returns

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • All returns are free of cost – we cover the return shipping.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in their original packaging

    • In saleable condition

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

🚫 Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)

  • Processing time: 8 to 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is processed

📌 If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us.

❗ Damaged / Incomplete / Wrong Items

If your order is:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrect

Please report the issue to us within 2 business days of delivery at care@kedardarshan.com or on WhatsApp. Include images of the product and packaging if applicable. We’ll resolve the matter on priority within 5 business days.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp at the earliest.

  • COD orders require phone confirmation before shipping.

📦 Return Address

Our team will share the return pickup or shipping instructions once your return request is approved.
